Room was big and very comfortable. Cleanliness was also excellent. Housekeeping staff friendly and did a great job keeping the room clean. Public areas were kept very clean and tidy. Food in all restaurants was of excellent quality and plenty of choices and always hot. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Food & beverages manager and assistants Reception staff were more than helpful on a number of occasions and always had a solution.

The resort is lovely, large but you wouldn’t know it while you’re there, there are very quiet parts. Some bungalow type villas and hotel rooms. We had a family room bungalow and it was nice to be away from the main hotel. The pools etc were just what we needed and the activities were perfect for the kids

The location was a little out of the main town, but you didn’t really need to go out as everything was provided. A couple of steps from the beach. Food tasty & plentiful. They do the whole thing very well here, it runs like clockwork.

We mostly enjoyed the resort,the location was good the food and service more than acceptable.The evening entertainment was also quite good.

Staff in restaurant were so attentive I met Benito, Ingrid and bald man (sorry) many times really looked after me and knew what i liked after a few sittings. Lovely coffee in bar opposite reception. Estaban (Alicante)and Evielene (Austria/Italy) could not do enough at reception when i needed emergency adaptor, taxi, tour advice etc. Lovely singer for turning on the lights a lot of effort to make visit special.. Gardener and cleaning staff continously keeping huge areas immaculate. I love the resident cats well looked after. Housekeeping Ariagrande? V maticulous with my room and always greeted me. For such a huge hotel the staff are top notch.i loved that there were no big screens showing matches.. entertainment laid on was enjoyable and the events team had huge energy. A lot of repeat business my first time but not my last. I even got my hair done just to go to dinner.

The hotel itself....the gardens....the sea view...the annex...the walk to the main hotel...the quiet...the adjacent promenade and sea for walks....the old Spanish foyer in the annex...the food was super. The restaurants lovely.

We were left stranded by our Holiday company who had overbooked our original hotel on New Year’s Day. We managed to get the last room at the RUI. We wouldn’t normally go for a large hotel but maybe this was fate. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic trying to sort us out in our hour of need. The Hotel itself was first class. The food and drink was top quality and plentiful. Even though its a very large Hotel and was completely full, there was very little queuing for anything. No need to get up early for a sun bed, there was loads always available. Because the all inc is 24hr, there was no rushing to stockpile at 11pm. There is beer taps around the hotel so you just go and get one when you want !!!Spotlessly clean and is brilliantly placed for walks either way. We will defiantly be booking again.

The hotel was amazing, so clean and all the staff were so lovely. They have loads of activities going on and it’s right next to the beach where we had lovely morning runs. Best value hotel the All Inclusive was amazing and had such a wide variety of drinks available. Would definitely stay here again!
